How to Check Out a Textbook:

TEXTBOOKS are books you need for class. Everyone in class has the same book.

The library is open for textbook checkout the week before classes start.

Students should bring their student ID card and new class schedule.

Students should return textbooks and novels to the library as soon as they are finished using the book in class.

All textbooks are due in the library by the last day of the class.

Students with unreturned textbooks will be placed on the Obligation list and charged for a replacement book.

Library Book:

LIBRARY BOOKS are books you choose from the library.

Your student ID card is your library card.
Please bring your ID card when you want to check out a book.

Students may check out 3 library books.
Books are checked out for 3 weeks.
If you need more time, bring the book to the library to be renewed before it is overdue.

Overdue fines are 10 cents for every school day past the due date.

Students are responsible for replacing lost or damaged school library books.
